The copyright/ownership of the work has not been sold or transferred and remains the property of The Sound, LLC. If the customer elects to license a track exclusively, rights to sell and profit without limitations are giving and the track will be removed from the site within 24 hours after purchase. Production credit must be giving for the track purchased exclusively as: "Produced by C.Pro for The Sound, LLC" this is a strict condition and must be adhered to. Not doing so voids the agreement of exclusivity and makes the track eligible for licensing consideration by other artist without refund of exclusive rights payment.
